The reference for this is one of many photos from an article in the Spring/Summer 2015 edition of Vman, and was taken by Inez & Vinoodh.
He looks so slender in a lot of these that I did a little digging to see what he was working on at the time; my best guess is that either these were taken just before he played Father Garupe in "Silence," or just afterwards, as he was beginning to regain the (significant) amount of weight he had to lose.
This one took about 9 hours of drawing time.
